  • All sessions must be paid for in full at the time of booking.

  • We accept payment via Stripe and PayPal through our online booking system.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

  • You may cancel or reschedule your appointment with at least 24 hours’ notice for a full refund.

  • If you do not attend or cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, no refund will be issued.

  • In exceptional circumstances (e.g. technical issues, emergencies), please contact us directly to discuss rescheduling.

4. Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information about their housing situation, including uploading relevant documents if needed. We cannot be held responsible for any negative outcomes received, this also includes any outcomes based on incomplete or incorrect information provided to us.

5. Limit of Liability

Housing Rights Co. is not liable for any legal, financial, or personal consequences resulting from decisions made by the client. By using our services, you accept that our guidance is consultative in nature and does not replace legal advice.
